Bell Warehouse operates a specific ‘Warehouse Refurbishment’ procedure policy where we undertake to visit each and every property in order to establish their exact needs and requirements.

On initial briefing, we visit each site, to assess and appraise the current condition of each property, to enable us to provide a fully detailed dilapidation report to our client.

Within 10 days we undertake to produce a fully itemised written scope of works and design specification detailing a ‘shopping list’ of costs for all the required ‘Warehouse Refurbishment’ works.

We would offer to carry out all of the above requirements on a limited fixed fee sum which, should the works then proceed, would ultimately be deducted from our overall costings.

Our staff have continued experience in all building methods and construction materials ranging from Retail, Industrial Buildings, and Commercial Warehousing and we have a dedicated supply chain who can offer support and assistance where required.
