Our Aim & Achievements

Steel Frame WarehouseWe at Bell Warehouse Systems Ltd through our years of warehouse construction experience have looked at the many client options when both sending out project enquiries and receiving tender quotations.

Our aim is to produce a client to contractor relationship on a Design & Build basis but as like Esquire Glass Ltd, Padfield Glossop (Please read Case Study Notes) the Contract Sum and Scope of Works are fixed prior to commencement and the client would either appoint the disciplines or have a direct communication link with the Architect and Structural Engineering’s in order to project lead there involvement and requirements in the scheme.

Initially Bell Warehouse Systems would satisfy the client in a joint decision on the appointment of the consultants.

Bell Warehouse Systems Ltd would then enter into a without re-valuation fixed price contract with the client having satisfied ourselves on the works content. A three way relationship would then concur between us the client and the consultants where the produced architectural and engineering drawings would form part of the contract and be deemed sufficient to carry out the entire contract works

We feel our own selected steel frame warehouse unit size range best lends itself to this method of contract which importantly gives the client a low financial risk to his budget whilst allowing a greater design involvement as the scheme is client led.

Should the type of project or the client have sufficient circumstances to appoint a project representative on his behalf, we at Bell Warehouse Systems promote the same three way working relationship where all communication, design drawings etc is copied in to all parties and dialogue is encouraged at all times.
